Lead Pastor

Eli grew up in Crawfordville, FL graduating from Wakulla High School. Eli loves serving, teaching, helping lead worship, and preaching (and practicing the spiritual gift of hanging out!) His greatest desire in ministry is to see people growing in their relationship with God. Eli graduated from the Baptist College of Florida in 2006 and the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2011. He loves his wife, Shanna and their four children: Jakob, Micah, Caleb, and Eliana.

Worship Pastor

Matthew leads the Worship Ministry at LABC, where he directs the choir, vocal teams, band, and weekly worship services. A Port St. Joe native, Matthew graduated from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL and was called to LABC after a corporate marketing career. His greatest joy is hearing and watching the body of LABC respond in worship to all God has done for us. Matthew is married to Sarah and they have three beautiful children: Celie, Libby, and Owen.

Student Pastor

Kyle grew up throughout Northeast Georgia before going to Buford High School. The Lord, in His grace, has called Kyle to two ministries. His first ministry is his bride of 10 years Jennifer. Kyle’s second ministry is Christ's bride, the Church. It's his joy to live out Ephesians 4:12 as he gets to "equip the saints for works of ministry. . ." The aim of his ministry to the students of Long Avenue is to proclaim and demonstrate a life that trusts in the sufficiency of the gospel to the Glory of God alone.

Children’s Director

Sarah coordinates the Children's Ministry here at Long Avenue. A native of Port St. Joe, Sarah loves her community. She is married to her sweetheart Jesse. She is a graduate of Port St. Joe High School and The Baptist College of Florida. Sarah works to lead our children to a fuller knowledge of God and His Word each week and desires that each child come to have a real and lasting relationship with Christ.
