Faith Christian School prides itself on offering a program with a Biblical perspective and academic rigor. The curriculum at Faith Christian School utilizes a mode of Classical teaching which integrates the principles of the Bible into every subject area.

Through the Classical methodology, which serves to train children in mind, body, and spirit; teachers strive to educate students using three stages: grammar, logic, and rhetoric.

Pregnancy Resource Center is here to serve the women and men in Bay County to educate, encourage and support them in their crisis pregnancy.

In 1983, a core group of women began researching how to start a pregnancy center in Bay County and joined forces with Christian Action Council (CAC), now known as CareNet. The Pregnancy Resource Center was founded to serve Bay County and Northwest Florida.

Florida Baptist Children’s Home exists to provide Christ-centered services to vulnerable children and struggling families.

Whether it’s providing clean diapers to a newborn baby, food for a hungry child, safety for an abused child, or foster or adoptive homes to children in crisis, they work to share with children who have been abused, neglected and healing love of Jesus. They look forward to a future filled with hope for every child in need!

In august of 1961, The Baptist Center (as it was first called) started with Vacation Bible School in Bay Harbor with 71 enrolled. (Bay Harbor is located on the eastern side of Bay County)

Through contributions from local Southern Baptist Churches, groups, and individuals, the work continues to grow. Many people have found Christ through the work of the Baptist Center as physical and spiritual needs are being met. The work at the center continues today through the efforts of many volunteers!

Our Florida Baptist Convention Challenge 2025 goals seek to see Florida Baptist churches plant 75 new churches each year across our state by the year 2025. The Maguire State Mission Offering provides valuable financial support for these new Gospel works.75% of Florida’s 22.2 million population—16.7 million—do not have a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.

State Goal: $820,000

100 percent of the State Mission Offering will be earmarked for church planting.

The offering was started in 1895 by Woman's Missionary Union® (WMU) to benefit the work of the Home Mission Board (now North American Mission Board). In 1934, it was named in honor of Annie Armstrong, a bold missions advocate and WMU's first national executive leader.

Today, more than $2 billion has been donated by Southern Baptist churches and individuals to support thousands of missionaries in church planting and compassion ministries. Because of this sacrificial giving, millions of lives have been and continue to be transformed by the power of the gospel.

DR. JEREMIAH PITTS

Dr. Pitts is a professor at African Bible University in Lubowa, Kampala, Uganda.

The objective of African Bible University is to offer quality, university-level education with a Christian emphasis to the people of East Africa.

MTN2SEA Ministries facilitate mission trips for groups and individuals, through disaster relief, construction projects, wells, etc. We evangelize to the lost and serve the "Least of These".

They also have a coffee ministry that supports 36 (and growing) farmers and their families. Their coffee farm is in the same small village in the Honduran mountains where this rapidly growing group of awesome farmers grow for us. The proceeds go straight back to the farm and farmers, or to help fund out disaster relief efforts.

Breaking Ground Missions was founded in 2019 after God burdened Justin and Charla Douglas for the people of Uganda. After a short visit to Uganda the year prior, they saw the need for pastor training, evangelism, and church planting in the villages of Uganda. They currently live in Kamuli, Uganda running the ministry.

Breaking Ground Missions’ ministry objectives have always been clear; to train pastors in sound doctrine, to reach the lost with the gospel, and plant churches in needed villages in Uganda. We have always held to this conviction and have not wavered from the calling God placed on us.

Lottie Moon was sent as a Southern Baptist missionary to China from 1873 to 1912. She saw firsthand the world’s greatest problem — LOSTNESS. Meeting so many people who had never heard the gospel compelled her to write letters to American churches describing the need for a greater missionary presence.

She pleaded for increased prayer and financial support to send and sustain more missionaries. This challenge became known as the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering®.
